A: Absolutely Not! There are no extra design or set up fee's associated with your order. Keep in mind, the better art you provide the better the outcome of the product.
Q: What is the difference between a Color Shock Decal and an Xstatic Cling Decal.
A: Color Shock Decals are applied with an adhesive on the outside of a window, while Xstatic Cling decals are applied on the inside of a window and do not require an adhesive.
Q: Can Color Shock Decals be removed and re-used
A: Color Shock Decals are removable with no residual effect but are not re-usable.

A: Your decal is actually not cracking. You most likely did not remove the transfer tape when installing your decal, so the cracking is actually the transfer tape. Click the Installation Instructions above to see how to remove the transfer tape (STEP 4) from your decal. If you are unable to remove the transfer tape easily please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you out.
